Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank you for contacting Hosting Support.
We have examined your shared hosting account for MY DOMAIN.COM and the database mee0807409401671 and determined that on 3/15/2008 you were receiving errors attempting to restore this database as it had not been setup for 24 hours yet. This database was setup in the evening of 3/14/2008 at approx 9:43 PM, and the restore errors occurred on 3/15/2008 at approximately 9:10 AM. We make a backup of the database once every 24 hours, so no backup had been created of this database yet when you were attempting to restore it on 3/15/2008. If you continue to experience issues with backing up or restoring this database now, please reply with the new error you are receiving.
Please contact us if you have any further issues.

Dear Tyler Texas, Thank you for contacting Online Support. I have looked into this issue with our advanced hosting support staff. They have stated that your restore seems to have functioned properly. The reason that you are still seeing the error is because of the first time that you had attempted to restore your database. You will want to disregard the message that you are getting. Please let us know if we can help you in any other way. Sincerely, Thomas P. Online Support Team |
